Our Story

For well over 20 years, the team at Spectra has been providing excellent 3PL services for clients in a huge range of different fields. Our clients have included global corporations, official government agencies, financial service providers, insurance companies, small e-commerce businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

For each client, Spectra develops a unique contract that includes all of the services related to fulfillment that are required for the client’s success. Our clients never have to worry about their fulfillment tasks being fit into a predetermined process that doesn’t work as well as it could for their unique set of offerings. Instead, we use our deep knowledge of fulfillment to create a solution that is custom-fitted to the client’s needs.

In addition to fulfillment, Spectra operates an in-house print division. Many of our clients choose to take advantage of the great efficiencies available by combining print and fulfillment activities in the same service provider, managed by experts in both fields.

We have worked with Spectra for a number ofyears, and they continue to provide seamless solutions for our promotional items and branded apparel for our client, Cadence. The built, host and maintain a user-friendly storefront that enables our team to connect and collaborate. Ordering is effortless, and our branded materials arrive promptly, when and where we need them, all over the world.

Barbara Benjamin

Director of Client Services
HighPointe Communications

As an operator and investor, I’ve led transitions in growth-stage and established businesses, and I know firsthand that execution during an ownership change can either preserve momentum or erode enterprise value. We anticipated usual integration and transition complexity with our partnership of Secret Stories®, a research-aligned phonics supplement serving 100k+ educators and districts nationwide. The right print and fulfillment partner is critical in maintaining continuity, as well as protecting customer experience and growth. From day one, Spectra delivered. They ensured seamless fulfillment and maintained brand-level pick-and-pack standards while we executed a transition from WooCommerce to Shopify, along with other operational changes to improve customer experience with no disruption to customers. That kind of operational consistency is essential when you’re managing change and scaling at the same time. I view Spectra as a true partner and extension of our team. Their design and product development support helped us strengthen our product and elevate the brand across the board to further support educators and districts. The follow a golden rule that is less customary today, but they do what they say they are going to do and what is more, leave when the job is finished, not when the clock says. Their contributions have helped us expand and better serve our existing educators and literacy initiatives nationwide. I would highly recommend Spectra to any organization, especially customer-centric or growth-oriented teams looking to scale thoughtfully while maintaining operational excellence, customer continuity, and brand integrity.

Spectra collaborated with NAPA on this project from rom introduction to registration of the program kits included a website for stores to register for the program, videos, printed collateral, promotional items and signage were that would carry the NAPA and OTWW brand to service centers.
